What's the difference between Grade A, B, and C?
Grades describe cosmetic condition only — every device is fully tested and 100% functional regardless of grade. Grade A is near-flawless, Grade B shows light wear, Grade C shows visible wear at a lower price. Full criteria are on our grading standards page.
Are your refurbished phones unlocked?
Many are. Each listing states the exact carrier compatibility — fully unlocked (works on all US carriers), GSM unlocked, or locked to a specific carrier like T-Mobile, AT&T, or Xfinity. Check the carrier field on the product page before you buy.
What's your return policy?
You get 90 days from delivery to return any device — three times longer than most refurbished sellers. Just request a return and we'll email you a prepaid label. For change-of-mind or non-defective returns, return shipping is deducted from your refund; if a device arrives defective, the return is on us. Full details on our shipping & returns page.
