Refurbished Smartwatches

Refurbished smartwatches

Refurbished Apple Watch, Samsung Galaxy Watch, Google Pixel Watch and Fitbit models, each TrueGrade 25-point tested and graded. Smartwatches depreciate quickly from new while losing very little capability, which makes the refurbished discount unusually large here.

How TrueGrade grading works

Every device runs a 25-point inspection before listing — screen, battery, cameras, buttons, speakers, microphones, charging port, biometrics, and the cellular and Wi-Fi radios. Function and cosmetics are graded separately, so light wear never hides a functional fault. See phone grading explained and the full standard on our grading and damage information page.

• Grade A (Excellent) — minimal to no visible wear
• Grade B (Great) — light signs of use, fully functional
• Grade C (Fair) — visible wear, fully functional, best price
• Grade C- (Rough) — heavier cosmetic wear, still functional

GPS or cellular, and sizing

GPS models pair with your phone over Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Cellular models have their own connection and need a plan from your carrier. Case size is listed on every product page, and bands are interchangeable within a size, so a band you already own usually still fits. Our guide to the best refurbished Apple Watch covers which generation to pick.

Returns and shipping

Every device carries a 90-day return window from delivery, roughly three times what most used-phone sellers offer. We ship from Coppell, Texas, in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro, across the US and internationally. Terms are on our shipping and returns page.

Buying more than one

We supply resellers, repair shops and exporters as well as individual buyers. No minimum order quantity — only a $500 minimum spend, and you can mix models, grades and carriers to reach it. See wholesale cell phones.
