Checkout is secured by Shopify. We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus the express wallets and pay-over-time options shown at checkout, so you can split your purchase into installments where eligible.

Shipping

Every order ships from our US warehouse with carrier tracking. As soon as your device is on its way, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. Estimated delivery and any shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Returns & Refunds

You have 90 days to return any device, measured from the date it’s delivered to you — three times longer than most refurbished sellers offer. Delivery and return dates are confirmed by carrier package tracking, so there’s never any guesswork about your window.

How to start a return

  1. Contact us to let us know you’d like to return your device, within 90 days of delivery.
  2. We’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label — no hunting for a box-store or paying out of pocket up front.
  3. Pack the device securely, attach the label, and drop it off. Your return date is recorded from the carrier tracking.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the device, your refund is issued to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs

If you’re returning a device because you changed your mind, or the device is returned in good working order (non-defective), the cost of the return shipping label is deducted from your refund.

If a device arrives defective, the return is on us — you pay nothing, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

  • Every device is function-tested and graded against our published grading standards before it ships, so what you order is what you receive.
  • Refunds are processed after the returned device is received and inspected at our warehouse.
