How TrueGrade grading works

Every device runs a 25-point inspection before listing — screen, battery, cameras, buttons, speakers, microphones, charging port, biometrics, and the cellular and Wi-Fi radios. • Grade A (Excellent) — minimal to no visible wear
• Grade B (Great) — light signs of use, fully functional
• Grade C (Fair) — visible wear, fully functional, best price
• Grade C- (Rough) — heavier cosmetic wear, still functional

An unlocked Android phone activates on any compatible US carrier. We also stock handsets locked to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Xfinity Mobile, Spectrum and Tracfone. Returns and shipping

Every device carries a 90-day return window from delivery, roughly three times what most used-phone sellers offer. We ship from Coppell, Texas, in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro, across the US and internationally. Terms are on our shipping and returns page.
