Every phone, tablet and smartwatch on this page is tested and working — it passed our TrueGrade 25-point inspection and carries a stated condition grade. Nothing here has an undisclosed fault. Devices with a known problem are sold separately and labelled, on our AS-IS deals pages.

That is the main thing that separates buying a used phone here from buying one on a marketplace: one team in one building graded all of it, against one published standard, instead of hundreds of sellers each using their own words for “good condition”.

How TrueGrade grading works

Every device runs a 25-point inspection before listing — screen, battery, cameras, buttons, speakers, microphones, charging port, biometrics, and the cellular and Wi-Fi radios. • Grade A (Excellent) — minimal to no visible wear
• Grade B (Great) — light signs of use, fully functional
• Grade C (Fair) — visible wear, fully functional, best price
• Grade C- (Rough) — heavier cosmetic wear, still functional

Returns and shipping

Every device carries a 90-day return window from delivery, roughly three times what most used-phone sellers offer. We ship from Coppell, Texas, in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro, across the US and internationally. Terms are on our shipping and returns page.

Buying more than one
