What you can buy on this page
This is every device Device Giant currently carries in one place: unlocked and carrier smartphones, tablets, and smartwatches from Apple, Samsung, Google, Motorola, OnePlus, LG, TCL, Nokia, ZTE, Sonim and Fitbit. Everything listed here has passed our TrueGrade 25-point inspection and is graded before it goes on sale, so the condition you see is the condition that ships. Sold-out models come back often as new trade-in lots are processed and tested.
We are Nexrise Commerce LLC dba Device Giant, based in Coppell, Texas in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro. We ship across the United States and internationally, and every order is covered by a 90-day return window from delivery.
How TrueGrade grading works
Every device runs through a 25-point inspection before it can be listed. We check the screen, battery, cameras, buttons, speakers, microphones, charging port, biometrics and the cellular and Wi-Fi radios, among other points. Function and cosmetics are graded separately, so a device with light wear still has to pass every working test. Our phone grading explained guide covers what each check means, and the full standard lives on our grading and damage information page.
- Grade A (Excellent) — minimal to no visible wear
- Grade B (Great) — light signs of use, fully functional
- Grade C (Fair) — visible wear, fully functional, best price
- Grade C- (Rough) — heavier cosmetic wear, still functional
- AS-IS — a disclosed fault such as a screen blemish or battery service need, priced for repair or parts
AS-IS units are never mixed into the working listings. They live on their own AS-IS deals pages with the specific fault named up front.
Unlocked or carrier-locked
Unlocked stock is listed as a single Unlocked option, whatever network the handset originally came from, because an unlocked phone activates on any compatible US carrier. Carrier-locked units always name their network, so you know what the device will activate on before you buy. Locked stock typically includes T-Mobile, AT&T, AT&T Prepaid, Verizon, US Cellular, Sprint, Tracfone, Cricket, Xfinity, Spectrum, Boost, Metro, Consumer Cellular, Claro, Puerto Rico Liberty and Southern Linc, and the mix changes weekly as lots land.
Why buy refurbished instead of new
A refurbished device costs up to 70% less than the same model bought new, and on this page that saving comes with the condition stated in writing rather than left to chance. Buying a tested used phone also keeps a working device out of the waste stream. Our guide on whether refurbished phones are worth it walks through the tradeoffs honestly, including when buying new makes more sense.
Returns and support
Every device carries a 90-day return window from delivery, which is roughly three times the window most used-phone sellers offer. If something is not as described, we deal with it. Full terms, timelines and shipping details are on our shipping and returns page.
Buying in volume
We supply resellers, repair shops, exporters and refurbishers as well as individual buyers. There is no minimum order quantity — the only requirement is a $500 minimum spend per order, so you can mix models, grades and carriers to reach it. Tell us the models, grades and quantities you need on our wholesale cell phones page and we will send current availability and pricing.
