How TrueGrade grading works

Every device runs a 25-point inspection before listing — screen, battery, cameras, buttons, speakers, microphones, charging port, biometrics, and the cellular and Wi-Fi radios. • Grade A (Excellent) — minimal to no visible wear
• Grade B (Great) — light signs of use, fully functional
• Grade C (Fair) — visible wear, fully functional, best price
• Grade C- (Rough) — heavier cosmetic wear, still functional

• Galaxy S — the flagship line. Best cameras and processors; strongest value two or three years on.
• Galaxy A — mid-range. Long battery life and a low entry price.
• Galaxy Note — large screens with the S Pen; discontinued, so refurbished is now the main way to buy one.
